As seen in…..
With the forthcoming Royal nuptials grabbing headlines, I was both flattered and honoured to have been included in the first Royal Wedding ‘Special Edition’ of society magazine Tatler. Even more so to discover that I also feature for a second time in the latest edition out today!
Whilst the worlds eyes are on Meghan and Harry, I will be making note of the emerging trends and the benchmark being set by the globally popular couple. But what can we expect from the society wedding of the year? And how will these trends transfer to the 2018 wedding market?
Current media (and my own observation) suggest that ‘less is more’, as brides and grooms shun the more traditional over the top additions.
Gone are the multi tiered cakes and ornate venues (searches for woodland venues are up 250% on Pinterest – with Industrialised Architecture and open spaces also featuring heavily) Couples looking for more of a ‘back to basics’ approach – simply decorated cakes, casual street food in place of multi-course sit down meals, quirky locations.
After 15 successful years in the industry my Little Black book is bursting with the most relevant and reliable international contacts in the business; from unique venues to amazing caterers, the best lighting technicians and entertainers. I have nurtured these longstanding relationships to consistently deliver the very best to my clients – whatever current trends dictate.
I pride myself on my reputation for impeccable attention to detail (frequently referred to in the customer testimonials on my website www.faycampbell.co.uk) And the weddings of 2018 sound like they could be the perfect showcase for this quality – I really cannot wait to see what the 2018 wedding season will bring.
